You’ve heard of ‘Bring Your Own Booze’, but now Birra Moretti UK have changed the game with the world’s first ‘Bring Your Own Table’ restaurant, hosted by Gennaro Contaldo. Unfortunately, all the spaces are now gone. But those lucky enough to have grabbed one will be treated to a free six-course meal designed and prepared by Gennaro himself.
For Birra Moretti, this is all about getting people around the table, or as Gennaro calls it, the altar. A place in every home where family and friends can come together and bond over food and drink.
Though we’re not sure BYOT will catch on (it is a hassle on the Tube), we love this idea and can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
