If the heatwave this week is making you irritable, take a break and stroll along Victoria Embankment Gardens and partake in the Northbank Summer Festival. Organised by City Showcase Markets, the month long festival that ends on July 29 has a series of curated events including Embankment summer market, food stalls, live band and tea dance amongst other outdoor activities. Entry to the festival is free.
