The order of the day is obviously cocktails, with a unique mix of the classics and aviation themed blends. The featured cocktail 30,000 feet(containing a refreshing Woodford Reserve bourbon, maraschino cherry and juice, Peychaud’s bitters, gin barrel aged orange bitters) comes highly recommended.
A carefully crafted menu paying tribute to the tastes of both New York and London is on offer. The Sea sharing platter is a must-try, with its delicious Scottish smoked salmon and baby octopus.
