The exciting Red Bull Soapbox race was held in Alexandra Palace in London on Sunday August 12. Since its first fun race held in Brussels 15 years ago, a 100 such races have been held all over the world in Australia, USA, South Africa, Europe and of course England. This unique International fun event entails drivers driving cars made of the most imaginative soap boxes. Man with no mean machine! With no engine or fuel, these creative, fun-loving drivers rely on gravity, grit, humour and a sense of adventure and adrenalin to race these fun cars downhill much to the delight of the spectators that thronged in huge numbers with tickets to this year’s Red Bull Soap Box race being sold out almost a month earlier.
